Brent Ferguson began his ties with aviation in 1969. Or wast it 1968?
Since then he has amassed over 5000 hours in a variety of aircraft, been president of Nelson Aero Club,
chairman of the Nelson Airport Authority, and life member of AOPA, as well as
a director of Airways Corp, and a representative of the RNZAC. Additionally, Brent has operated an Air Transport
service and has been involved in managing finance companies since 1980. |

Brent began Airloans
because he found that traditional lenders were often
reluctant to loan money for General aviation uses like aircraft purchases and
engine/avionics upgrades. He saw the need in the market for a specialist in
Aviation Finance who knew the industry and the light aircraft market. |
